Bexar County Progress Brochure
In 2008 San Antonio, Texas voters passed a monumental bond that allocated money to improve and enhance the quality of life through the construction and development of parks, San Antonio River improvements, and athletic facilities. Since 2010, Swirl has been relied upon to create the centerpiece brochure to update the citizens of Bexar County on the progress of the projects the bond funded. The brochures are created just-in-time for release during the annual state of Bexar County citizens meeting by County Judge Nelson Wolff.
